On Tuesday I made ANZAC biscuits.
I enjoyed making them.
I found it challenging to to role them because you had to squash them.
Next time I would change the time on the oven because they were almost burnt!

Those ANZAC Biscuits look really good Hunter. You are right, you have to keep and eye on them because they can burn pretty quickly.
